U.S. SUPREME COURT STAYS OUT OF GUN-RIGHTS DEBATE

The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to consider whether an individual’s Second Amendment rights extend to carrying a firearm outside the home. The justices let stand a ruling by Maryland’s highest court (Charles Williams v.
