Report Identifies Success Of Farm Bill Hunting Access Program

A study on the impacts of the 2008 Farm Bill’s Voluntary Public Access and Habitat Incentive Program, formerly known as Open Fields legislation—which provided sportsmen access to nearly one million acres of quality lands—shows program approval from both landowners and sportsmen alike.
