What was it that got you into hunting?

Growing up on a ranch, it just seemed the thing to do. My Grandfather and Great Uncles hunted and were willing to take me as my Dad did not hunt. After 15 years in the banking business, I was ready for a career change and purchased Burnham Brothers from Murry Burnham in 1991. I have been blessed to hunt with some great folks and work with some great companies.

Family Information: Wife Deb of 34 years; Sons: Clint – 31, Tom – 28, and Steve – 25 (who are all hunters)

Preferred Game Animal: Varmints & Predators, Whitetail Deer, Mule Deer

Preferred Weapon Type: Rifle

Thoughts to Share:

I have been blessed to have a wide variety of hunting experience - Whitetail and mule deer, elk turkey and hunting predators with hounds. I worked with Savage Arms to develop the Model 10 Predator Hunter, a rifle specific for the predator calling game. I also work with Nikon on their products for predator calling. I have developed many calls, lights and electronic callers for calling predators.
