The Texas A&M Texas Trophy Hunters Association would like to invite you to our annual charity banquet on Thursday, October 27th at the Brazos Center in Bryan, TX. It is our largest fundraising event of the year...and the most fun! There is a BBQ meal, unlimited refreshments (for those of age, unlimited Budweiser beer!), live auction, silent auction, and games! If you are interested in purchasing individual tickets, a corporate table, or a vendor booth, please let someone from the chapter know! We are also accepting donations for our live and silent auction.
This year's banquet is on October 27, 2011 at the Brazos Center in Bryan,TX. Dinner will be catered by Texas Country Catering and will be serving brisket, sausage and chicken along with sides and a dessert. We will also be providing Budweiser beer, tea, and water. There will be a live and silent auction and several fun games! Pre-sale tickets are $25 for one and $40 for two. At the door the tickets will be $30 each. Each ticket comes with a one-year membership to Texas Trophy Hunters Association which includes a one-year subscription to the magazine. Sponsor tables are $500 each. The tables seat 8 people and come with 8 TTHA memberships, food and drink, and several other goodies. Another option is to purchase a vendor booth for $200. Each booth comes with a table for displaying your company/goods, and 4 tickets to the banquet.
