When can I move in and out?
Exhibitors can move in Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-1. Please note that you cannot drive in after 11:00am on Friday. The show begins at 3:00pm, so plan accordingly! Exhibitors can move in on Wednesday by appointment. Please call or email Christina to set that up.
What is the payment schedule?
A 50% deposit is required to secure a space. Final payment of balance is due on or before July 1st 2016.

Is electricity included in the booth price?
In Fort Worth, electricity is provided. In Houston, San Antonio and Corpus Christi, electricity is NOT included in the booth price. The show decorator will email exhibitor packets, and the paperwork you will need for ordering electrical will be included in that packet. Please call Christina if you do not receive the emailed packet.
Do exhibitors have to pay to park?
All events provide a limited amount of parking passes for exhibitors. In Fort Worth, each exhibitor will be provided one parking pass. Additional passes will be available to purchase from each venue on site.
Do I need approval to distribute samples or sell food at the shows?
In order to distribute samples and/or sell food at any of the shows, you will need to obtain permission from each venue and obtain a health permit in each city.
Should I have received an exhibitor packet?
Exhibitor information packets are emailed out one month prior to the event. Please contact Christina if you have not received any information from Freeman exhibitions.
