Below are answers to frequently asked questions regarding "TTHA's Bucks and BBQ" State Championship BBQ Cook-Off and Food Drive.

Map of Booth Spaces

Move in Time for the event starts Friday morning at 7:00 am and must be completed by 6:00 pm. Please note that the road will be closed starting at 6:00 PM Friday and will not re-open until after the awards ceremony on Saturday. If you need to make special arrangements regarding move in please contact the main office. Only one vehicle will be allowed in your designated spot. Motor home/travel trailer is considered one (1) vehicle.

Please familiarize yourself with the attached map of the property that lists booth locations.  Your team will be assigned a booth space based on the order in which teams signed up (and space requirements.)  If you have specific height restrictions (RV size), please let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.  You may move out Saturday after the Awards Ceremony or Sunday morning.

Everything related to the contest will be covered in the mandatory Cook’s Meeting on Friday evening at 8:00pm.  One thing to note is ONLY the three “IBCA meats” of Chicken, Pork Spare Ribs and Beef Brisket will count toward the Grand Champion and Grand Reserve Champion.  The Awards Ceremony will take place as soon as possible after the Brisket judging is complete, but not earlier than 5pm.
