Texas Tech TTHA Chapter

Chapter History

The Texas Tech (Tech) Chapter was founded in 2005 by Chase Pennington. The Tech Chapter earned the prestigious "TTHA President's Award" in 2006, which is awarded to the collegiate Chapter which, over the previous year, displayed the most remarkable dedication to serving their school and to protecting the hunting heritage altogether.

The Tech Chapter has hosted two annual fundraising banquets and raised over $15,000.00 for community outreach programs. These fall banquets are the single most important fundraising activity that the Chapter hosts each year and they have become an event that's anticipated and enjoyed by hunters and Red Raider fans in Lubbock and beyond.

$5 of every TTHA College Chapter Membership goes directly to the respective chapter for their fundraising efforts and community service.
