It's not only possible that Stephen F. Austin State University (SFA) could become the largest TTHA College Chapter, it's downright likely! And why not? With one of the Nation's better known and most respected wildlife Biologists as the Chapter's faculty advisor, SFA is poised to make a big-time run at the prestigious TTHA "President's Award" next year.
Under the guidance and mentorship of Dr. Deer himself (Dr. James Kroll), Jacob Schuler founded the SFA Chapter in the fall of 2007. Wasting no time, the Chapter held its first ever fundraiser, a skeet shoot competition, in March of 2008.
Plans call for the Chapter's first annual fall banquet are underway.
$5 of every TTHA College Chapter Membership goes directly to the respective chapter for their fundraising efforts and community service.
