	TTHA's Freebie Friday has become...  TRIVIA TUESDAY!!! Texas Trophy Hunters Association, has taken our popular Freebie Friday contest and converted it into your opportunity to win free deer hunting accessories as many times as you like with Trivia Tuesday.  Freebie Friday gave away FREE prizes every Friday and it was fantastic.  The catch was that you were only eligible to win once.  With Trivia Tuesday, you could potentially win every week.  What stays the same is that we will keep giving away all kinds of goodies to winners!  Contest Details!
	Nikon's BDC Slam Nikon’s BDC Slam is a “Slam” of any four game animals (including varmints and predators) of your choice — taken within a 12-month period — all using Nikon riflescopes with the Patented BDC reticle (use either the rifle BDC, the muzzleloader BDC 250, the SlugHunter BDC 200 or the Encore handgun BDC reticle — or a combination). Congratulations to Patrick Kavanagh, winner of the 2009 TTHA Youth Essay Contest. Patrick won a whitetail hunt at the Diamond R Ranch near Fredericksburg, Texas, on what was probably the coldest day of the year. Patrick clutched his rifle in the 19-degree temperature to search for his trophy. Patrick also received a membership in the Texas Trophy Hunters Association from Editor Horace Gore. The Texas Trophy Hunters Association chose Bob Rich from Dripping Springs, Texas, as the Fall Getaway Giveaway contest winner. The Grand Prize, a South Texas Whitetail Hunt at the Charco Marrano Ranch, took place the last weekend of December. Plans for an even larger Spring 2010 Giveaway are under way. Eddie Graf from Eagle Pass, Texas was chosen as the Grand Prize Winner in the Texas Sized Giveaway drawing from the 2009 Hunters Extravaganza® hosted by the Texas Trophy Hunters Association. The Grand Prize, a South Texas Trophy Whitetail Hunt at the Charco Marrano Ranch, took place on Opening Weekend of whitetail season. As the Athletic Director for Eagle Pass ISD, Eddie was attending a middle school football game when he got the notification call from TTHA's Steve Grams. "Are you sure this isn't one of my friends pulling my leg?" asked Eddie after being informed of winning the hunt valued at over $9,000. Eddie successfully shot a massive 10-point buck and enjoyed one spectacular weekend. Look for the complete story of the hunt in an upcoming issue of The Journal of the Texas Trophy Hunters.
